Refund policy

At DaWeebStop, we are following the industrial best practices in handling all of your orders. All of our orders are checked for order and quality accuracy upon shipping out of our Partner's Studios/Factories. Although we are try our best to minimize the errors, things might still happen. Please be aware that not all of our statues are ready for delivery. Some of them need to be pre-ordered. We guarantee top quality on all of our Resin Statues as they are numbered and authentic.

Also note that all sales are final and Non-Refundable, you can only cancel 24 hours after the order is placed. If you cancel the order within this period there will be a 8% charge to the refund amount.

NOTE: If you are interested on ordering any statues, please feel free to contact me through WhatsApp first (786) 600 - 5367 or directly through Instagram @daweebstop. Please understand that these statues come from international origin an the shipping can vary depending on the size and weight of the statue. I will personally get in contact with you once you purchase a statue to give you the shipping information. Thank you!

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

The following applies only to consumers located in the European Union and overrides any conflicting terms above for those customers.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you designate) receive the last item in your order. This right applies regardless of the "all sales final," "change of mind," or cancellation-fee terms stated above, which do not apply to EU consumers.

To withdraw, use the withdrawal function on our store — visit https://shopify.com/56356438201/account and follow the steps to confirm your name and order details. You'll receive an automatic email confirmation. You may also email us at [your support email] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

After withdrawing, return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed, using your original payment method.

Exemption: This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized statues produced specifically to your order, as permitted under EU consumer law.
