Shipping policy

1) International Shipping Information

DaWeebStop ships all of our orders internationally. Collectors are welcome to order from us regardless of your country of residence.

Please note that shipping fees are NOT included in the price of any statue. Statues are made to order by the studio, and the shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the crate once your piece is packed — so it cannot be charged accurately at checkout. Once your piece is boxed, we get the quote from our partnered parcel service and send you an invoice. Nothing ships until you have seen that number and approved it. Tracking is provided as soon as the courier collects; it can take a few days to become active in the carrier's system.

Want a range before you order? Use our Shipping Estimator to see a realistic estimate for any piece in the catalogue, or message @daweebstop on Instagram and we will quote it properly — usually the same day.

Typical transit times once dispatched:

  • Air (UPS / DHL Express): about 7–12 days
  • Sea: about 40–60 days

If your item arrives damaged please contact us and we will do everything we can to help. We have no control over handling while the package is in transit, but we do guarantee that the items inside the box are packaged as securely as possible.

1.1) If something arrives damaged

Resin is a beautiful material and a brittle one. These pieces are heavy, finely detailed, and they travel a long way. Your statue ships in the studio's original packaging, which is built for exactly this journey, and we handle every piece carefully before it leaves — but on occasion a small part can still be damaged in transit.

If that happens, we sort it out. Here is exactly how it works:

  1. Send us photos and a short video within 48 hours of delivery — the damaged part, and the outer box and packing material as they arrived.
  2. Keep the original box and all packing materials until the claim is closed. Couriers reject damage claims without them, so this genuinely matters.
  3. We take it from there — we escalate with the studio and the courier on your behalf and pursue compensation based on the damage.
  4. Depending on the case, the outcome is a replacement part from the studio, a repair credit, or compensation.

Message us on Instagram @daweebstop or email info@daweebstop.com and we will get straight on it.

2) Customs, Taxes, GST and VAT

Some countries impose customs charges, fees or taxes on goods crossing their border. These are the customer's responsibility — DaWeebStop cannot be held responsible for border-related charges, fees or taxes. Customers are advised to check with the relevant government agency for their country before placing an order.

3) Shipping Estimate

These are the ranges we most commonly quote, in US dollars, shipping to the United States, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. They are estimates for guidance only — the final cost is set by the packed crate.

Statue height By air (7–12 days) By sea (40–60 days)
Under 35 cm $130 – $220 $70 – $120
35 – 60 cm $180 – $400 $100 – $220
Over 60 cm $300 – $600 $165 – $335

Dioramas and pieces with a wide or heavy base sit at the top of these ranges, and occasionally above them — weight matters more than height. Silicone figures are lighter than they look and usually come in below.

Shipping to Asia generally runs about 20% below these figures. The Middle East, South America and other regions generally run about 40% above.

For a figure specific to the piece you are looking at, use the Shipping Estimator.

4) France and VAT

For deliveries to France we are charged VAT directly. We can either add it to your shipping invoice or issue it separately — just let us know which you prefer and we will prepare the invoices accordingly.

If you have any questions at all, message us on Instagram @daweebstop or email info@daweebstop.com.
