ORDERING FIGURES
Please be aware that not all of our statues are ready for delivery. Some of them need to be pre-ordered, we guarantee top quality on all of our Resin Statues. Also note that all sales are final and Non-Refundable, you can only cancel 24 hours after the order is placed. If you cancel the order within this period there will be a 8% charge. If you are interested on ordering any statues, please contact me through WhatsApp first (786) 600 - 5367. Please understand that these statues come from international origin an the shipping can vary depending on the size and weight of the statue. I will personally get in contact with you once you purchase a statue to give you the shipping information. Thank you!
- We understand that not all the items are equal, since each item is unique and hand crafted. We also understand that sometimes something can go wrong or an item can be damaged during transportation. If your item arrived damaged please contact me and I will do anything I can to help. I have no control over the handling of the package when it is in transit. I do guarantee that the items inside the box are safe and packaged as securely as possible.
What happens if I received a defect/ damaged item?
We take extreme care in packaging and item handling to minimize the risk of damaging the item. Unfortunate event might still happen even with safety measure in place. Almost all of our figures are made with resin which is fragile and brittle in nature. Hence, there is a risk of damaging the parts and customer accepts and understand to this risk. Some parts might be damaged during transit or during shipping. Know that these boxes are original and meant to keep your statue safe.
Customer is advised to contact us with pictures as prove within 24 hours for us to escalate the issue. The studio/ manufacturer may provide some assistance for some cases. Please note that customer will be responsible for all the shipping fee. The last resort will be filing a complaint with the shipping company.
(U.S Customers and general procedures)
if the figure you received is damaged, you must immediately present the article, mailing container, wrapping, packaging, and any other contents received in damaged condition and/or with missing contents to a Post Office for inspection. The Post Office will verify the damage and give you a damaged report, Receipt for Article(s) Damaged in Mails, for your files. With that report I will file a claim on my end to solve the issue.
What happens if I want to cancel an order of a Figure?
Please understand that I cannot accept refunds, once the figure is ordered, my factory sends them out and ready to get shipped. The window to cancel an order is very small, once my factory sends the order, you cannot cancel the order. At that point there is nothing that can be done. So please keep this in mind before you place an order.

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.

DELIVERY
Please allow up to 45 days for an order to be delivered. Our products come from international origin. Although we deliver to most countries, the delivery time can be different varying where you live. After the 45 days, if the product hasn't been delivered I will do my best to track it and if it was lost then I will find a solution for you.
(French Customers)
To deliver to France, I get charged the VAT, I will add the cost of it to the shipping cost or you can pay for it separate. If you would like to pay for it separate, please contact me and I will prepare two separate invoices, one for the VAT and the second one for the shipping.
REFUNDS
In the case that the item comes damaged please contact us through email and I will take care of the issue for you.
