You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes. Please allow up to 45 days for an order to be delivered. Our products come from international origin. Although we deliver to most countries, the delivery time can be different varying where you live. After the 45 days, if the product hasn't been delivered I will do my best to track it and if it was lost then I will find a solution for you. 


In the case that the item comes damaged please contact us through email and I will take care of the issue for you. 


Please be aware that not all of our statues are ready for delivery. Some of them need to be pre-ordered, we guarantee top quality on all of our Resin Statues. Please understand that these statues come from international origin an the shipping can vary depending on the size and weight of the statue. We understand that not all the items are equal, since each item is unique and hand crafted. We also understand that sometimes something can go wrong or an item can be damaged during transportation. If your item arrived damaged please contact me and I will do anything I can to help. I have no control over the handling of the package when it is in transit. I do guarantee that the items inside the box are safe and packaged as securely as possible. 

(U.S Customers and general procedures) 

if the figure you received is damaged, you must immediately present the article, mailing container, wrapping, packaging, and any other contents received in damaged condition and/or with missing contents to a Post Office for inspection. The Post Office will verify the damage and give you a damaged report, Receipt for Article(s) Damaged in Mails, for your files. With that report I will file a claim on my end to solve the issue.
